Dr. Chronis is the Director of Information Technology at EMAC and Express Academic Services. His interests are in web application development, computational intelligence and data mining. Recent projects include:
In addition to his work at Express Academic Services, Dr. Chronis's research has been mainly in the fields of Robotics and Computational Intelligence; more specifically in the building of controllers for navigation and integration of multiple behaviors using fuzzy logic, and evolutionary computation. The latest work has been focused on sketch-based navigation and spatial relations. Other projects include learning by demonstration, multiple agent coordination, robot shaping, robotic constructions and enhancements, control architectures, and autonomous control.
